Sourcing – We have a large database of candidates that we are able to source from. We also use advertising on our media platforms. Headhunting is used when our client is looking for a unique set of skills in a candidate.
Screening – Suitability of the candidate is normally done by assessing their skills, knowledge and relevant qualifications. Our in-depth 1-on-1 interviews ensure that only the best candidates are presented to our clients. Once the ideal candidate has been selected by our client, we then conduct the necessary checks e.g. Criminal, credit, qualifications, etc.…
